suppose I'll make a thread for my bedroom

Post by dnehthend »

that thread title seems unique enough..

one day I was lurking about when I found this thread

viewtopic.php?f=28&t=22371

well, that's me and my living room.. it was surprising to say the least

anyway, I've been putting it off for almost two years but I started putting my entertainment center together, my goal is to have everything hooked up except for what's redundant (don't need 2 ways to play genesis games)

everything is just kind of sitting in there now, I might buy more shelves for the outer edges, we'll see

I'd say 80% or more of the stuff is from goodwill or the swapmeet

I'll update this as I move along, might take a while though

Wait wait wait.... 80% from Goodwill? Holy crap. I want to go to the Goodwill where you live!!!
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360

WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

Ha, mind you that's 10 years of going to goodwill and close to 18 of going to the swapmeet.

Finding good stuff doesn't happen often, even though I probably spend more time than I should going to thrift stores.

Ditto... all I ever find there are games I already own, and at least 20 potentially broken PlayStations w/o peripherals.

Thought at first glance you had a 64DD but that's just the old trusty 3DO acting as a platform for your N64 8)

I've personally given up on the goodwills/ thrift stores in my area. I have doubts as to whether any "treasure" would even make it to the floor.
