PSP 3000 video playback problem

Post by Retro-Man »

I just picked up a PSP 3000 with a 4GB memory card. When I plugged it into the computer, I attempted to put some videos onto the card (random converted youtube videos).

I found that the card did not have a VIDEOS folder, so I made one myself, put all the videos on it, and put it in the PSP. The PSP says that there are no videos on it, even though I downloaded loke 30 of them.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Make sure the videos are in MP4 format, which is all the PSP plays natively.

EDIT: Also, the folder in the root is "VIDEO", not plural.

one tip also is if you have a CFW you can speed up the PSP's CPU to i think 333mhz from memory and the Videos will play smoother. It takes more out of your Battery but is worth it imo.
