Yes. Coincidentally the Japanese version of that game is called "Kunoichi".

There aren't too many games where you can play a lead kunoichi character that I am aware of. Muramasa (Wii) is pretty good and so is Ganryu (Neo Geo). Ayane from Ninja Gaiden should get her own game, and so should Akane Yagyu from Shin Onimusha.

Yup. Actually quite liked the game but it was way too hard for me to beat back when I tried it.

Don't forget all of the great (and a few not so great) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games! Naruto too.

Although, it seems like I've seen a lot of silly and/or casual ninja games recently. Mini Ninjas, Ninja Reflex, Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball, Ninja Captains... I'm sure I've missed a couple.
