Can anyone identify this Metal Gear Solid 4...hiking bag?

One of the guys I buy a lot of games from in Korea often throws in some free bonuses for me. Most recently was some sort of hiking bag/pouch that is branded with the Metal Gear Solid 4 logo. I did quick search on google and eBay and didn't turn anything up.

Here are three pictures of the item in question:





The tag seems to indicate that it is official merchandise (as opposed to just some random thing made in China) and that it was not for sale.

Does anyone know what this bag is or where it came from?

yeah the "Not For Sale" thing means it was a promotional item. Probably given out to people who work for Konami or the press or perhaps a pre-order bonus or something like that.
