I feel like 3D Dot Heroes is my default argument that everyone needs a PS3. It was the first PS3 exclusive where I was just like and had since then been on my list of must-buys as soon as I got my PS3.

Though you said Demon's Souls looked fun so I'll also recommend Valkyria Chronicles and the Fallout games.
