Sega CD Images

Post by Golgo 14 »

Is snesorama a good site for accurate BIN/CUE images of Sega CD games? I've tried downloading the huge darkwater torrent, but I've been hopeless about keeping my ratio up, so that's not going to work. I'm looking for accurate images that are as easy to get and work with as possible. Thanks for any help.

Snesorama is generally the best place online to get retro images at the one place, very rarely have issues with images downloaded from there.

Read what people reply and read the description prior to downloading (To make sure nothing is Ripped or Compressed).

I get mine from www.dcisozone.com.

I've had good luck with their dreamcast files. Haven't done much with the sega cd games yet but they got a good selection. :D

Snesorama is probably the best one out there, in fact I'd say 99% of all my Sega CD images came from there, the others from several assorted sites. One thing I would say though, with any type of image downloading, test the image in an emulator to make sure it works, and make sure you're burning it correctly.

I'd have to say edgeemu.net by miles. No ads, lightning fast download speeds, clean layout, no password protect rars, no multi-part megaupload or rapidshare downloads, can't really beat that.
