Mortal Kombat 9 back online via PSN!

Post by noiseredux »

this is great news. I got the game AFTER PSN went down. And even though online play for most games was back up, this game was not since you need a registration code to get it online which I guess had to do with the PStore. So yeah. We can play this online now guys. :)

I wanna pick it up too, but pretty much only because I heard the story mode was awesome. I liked Shaolin Monks, so yeah. I might check it out online, but I don't really play any games online anymore. Goldeneye was a huge fluke for me.

yeah I figured this thread would probably morph into that. I really like MK9 a lot. I bought MK Vs DCU after I played this, and I couldn't get into it so I returned it. But MK9 seems pretty fantastic. I haven't beaten it yet though.

I think I'll wait for the price to come down on it before I pick it up. I played the demo, and it seems like I could get into it.

I know! I miss playing it. I had a lot going on the past few months, not much time for gaming. I'm afraid I'll suck at it for a while if I ever pick it up again. That and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my Wii still gets good WiFi connection in its new location cause the LAN adapter makes the game freeze. :( Tell me, is there more cheaters around? Or is it about the same since I last played?

that's the same thought i had when i played the MK9 demo.

the last time i played Goldeneye was last week. i didn't encounter any cheaters for at least 3-4 rounds. we should really get back into it again. i also noticed it's not on your signature anymore. :(

I just don't like signatures lol. Does DDD play anymore? I haven't seen him around the forums lately, though I haven't been around as frequently as I usually am the past few weeks. I'll definitely have to play GoldenEye again soon though. I'll try and play by myself a few times and get back into it.

Let's revive the Goldeneye thread! I have time right now as a matter of fact.
