Action Replay 4mb

Will the Action Replay 4mb cart,or the 3 in 1 cart stop me somehow from using the swap trick or will it work fine together??
One last question will they work on a Pal Saturn???

I think it's that maybe nobody here has tried it with the swap trick... As for PAL, I don't see why the cart wouldn't work with PAL.

Carts are region-free, so you can use it on any saturn, as for the swap trick, beats me
