I'd say every Capcom fighter is a gem on the Saturn. Haven't yet played one I don't like, and as far as Capcom fighters go, the Saturn probably has the most extensive collection of all consoles.

Virtua Cop 1 and 2
House of the Dead

Personally, I've had a lot of fun playing Gunbird and the Parodius series, though these are Japanese only titles.

Baku Baku, Dynamite Cop/Dynamite Deka, and Clockwork Knight 1&2. Though I do have a soft spot for Magic Knight Rayearth its not one I usually tell people about.

LOL, kind of like my love for Space Channel 5 and Viva Pinata. I don't care what anybody says, they're fun games.

Can't tell that to any of your typical Halo/GTA/God of War loving gamers though, not that I have anything against those games.
