Im stranded on a deserted island and its either 3DO or 32x

Personally i will have to pick a 3DO just because the library is massive compared to the 32x. I usually play my 32x for virtua racing, shadow squadron, MK2, and im dying to get my hands on baseball and fifa (region free)

and although i LOVE my 32x i will have to take the 3DO because i feel its library will keep me busier in the long run.

Whats on the 3D0? well my favorite fighting game is Samurai showdown, fifa isnt bad but they have other games i cant remember just because overall i hate the system so i never can remember the names of the games.

tough choice but 3DO it is. weird choice since i dont play it really but like i said, its replay value on a deserted island is probabally much higher than a 32x.

Hey racketboy!!!! is it time you give the 3DO more attention on your website? Do you have one? Does the system torture you like it did for me? a 3DO section would be cool, not for me since i have most the games but for the readers i think it would capture some interest.

3DO or 32X? strange selection...

I would have to go 32X... for one reason. There is NO way to play the 32X without a sega genesis... and if you include the full 32X library then there is need for a SegaCD. So hrmmm... no getting out of it, the greatest video game combo of the 90's? HELL YEAH!

Isn't that a pretty unfair comparison? I mean, the 32X is pretty limited, and the 3DO has a much larger library of games. Means that there's going to be a lot of games you could use to waste time. Though, you are on an island, so I wonder which one would hold up better, cartridges or CDs?

3DO has some nice fighting games and a tolerable selection of other genres.
Gonna have to go with the 3DO.

Well the reason i bring it up in the first place is that i feel it is a interesting fact that when i go old school i always use my 32x much more often than my 3do. i have most 3do games and a good set of 32x.

whats interesting is that although i play the 32x its ironic that i would have to pic a 3do if i was stuck on a deserted island.

lets say both cd and cart have the same life anyways but thats a good point, but im just thinking about the games themselves.

the 3do i guess will leave us more satisfied in the long run although i find the 32x games much more fun. im giving up fun for long term re-play value.
