An Awful Movie Question

Is Plan 9 from Outer Space worse than Manos: Hands of Fate? Of the two, I've only seen Manos, and I find it hard to imagine that any film could possibly be worse than that.

I've only seen Planet 9, so I have no idea. Planet 9 was very bad, though.

Manos is terrible, not even MST3k saved that one. Plan 9 is ok in comparison.

Huh, according to Wikipedia apparently someone's making a sequel to Manos.

I've yet to see it (not a big fan of Joel episodes on MST3K), but I have seen Plan 9. It's pretty terrible, but at times it manages to capture that campy B-movie feel, so Manos is probably the worse of the two.

For the record, Leonard Maltin considers Glen or Glenda to be a worse film than Plan 9 from Outer Space.

"better," "worse," ...all subjective terms of course. There's really no way to answer this other than watching the film yrself and forming an opinion. Some people like these movies. Others don't. Same can be said about a Michael Bay movie, so...

I got about 20 minutes through Plan 9.
I thought I would enjoy it just for the sake of it being a really shitty movie, apparently not so it seems.

Judging from everyone's input it sounds to me like Manos is worse. I only asked cause I saw it on MST3K, verily believed I had seen the worst film ever made, then found an article on Wikipedia that said Plan 9 was actually worse. Just goes to show how much they know.
