What console's libraries are you an expert in?

Post by J T »

One thing I love about this forum is that so many people here have expert knowledge on a lot of different subjects. I thought it would be good to know who is an expert in which consoles in case I ever want an opinion about games from that system.

I feel pretty confident in my knowledge of the PS2 library. It's such a dense library that it's impossible to know everything, but I know a lot. I own over 300 PS2 games and I've played or am familiar with many more than that.

I also think I'm pretty knowledgeable about the NES. Much of my youth was spent on the NES, so I'm very familiar with it's library. I've beaten close to 200 games for the system and I don't even know how many games I've played.

Also, feel free to nominate other people in case they are too modest to identify themselves as an expert, like obviously noiseredux is our Gameboy afficionado extraordinaire.

Noise = GB/C/A
DS = 32X

I feel I am most knowledgeable with PAL related stuff, but that is just by comparison because most users here use NTSC.

I'm pretty knowledgeable about import games in general (specifically PSP/PS2/PS3/SFC).

Edit: Breetai is probably the resident expert on the PCE.

NES. :wink:
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!
