@ :30 is defintely Dracula X: Rondo of Blood for the Turbo CD in Japan..
@ :23 looks like Shinobi (Genesis?)

Not sure about the plane one (I want to say it's by Natsume), but the ones at 23 and 30 are Ninja Spirit and Dracula X (Castlevania): Rondo of Blood (Playing as Maria) both for Turbo Graphics 16 / PC Engine.
