JVC X'Eye
Sega CDX
Sega Nomad

what was that PC with built-in Genesis?
Wasn't there a Genesis add-on for um... one of the 3D0's?

Not 100% on the Master System. It does not work correctly on a few games. I forget which ones, though.

Also, the Genesis/Mega Drive controller does NOT work properly on the SG-1000, the Mark II or the Mark III.

What's the point of listing the X'Eye, or CDX? They ARE a Genesis. The Nomad makes sense, since it is a handheld and handhelds are not always compatible with console controllers.

There was an Amstrad PC in EU/AU PAL territories that had a built-in Mega Drive. It would've probably used the same controller. There was another computer/Mega Drive released in Japan called the Terradrive. There was no Genesis add-on for the 3DO that I have ever heard of. Perhaps you got it confused with the Pioneer LaserActive? Speaking of the 3DO, it used the same shaped port as the Genesis, but it is incompatible.

It also came in white!

The only one I know for certain off the top of my head (because I own it) is Alien Syndrome.

Would systems with adapters for the Genesis count?

Probably not, since they aren't natively compatible.

It probably works on the Amigas (500/500+/600/1200). My Amiga died a long time ago so I can't check. :(

I had found this bit of info below on some forum way back when and have kept it for reference purposes.
Sega Genesis (a.k.a Mega Drive) controllers will work with any video game console or computer that uses a standard 9-pin Atari joystick port: the Atari 2600, 2600 jr., 7800, XE Game System, 8-bit 400/800/XL/XE computer series, ST/STe/TT/Falcon computers; Commodore VIC-20, 64, 64C, SX-64, 128, 128D, etc.; Coleco Gemini; Sears video games; etc. etc.

I'm pretty sure a genesis controller works with a colecovision. Probably not well because the colecovision has like 89 buttons
NES, SNES, PS1, N64, DC, PS2, GCN, Wii, PS3, 360, GB, GBC, GBA, GBA SP, PSP 3000, and 3DS XL
