Why i start to hate COD and FPS in general

personally i dont mind it and i do like to play it but not over play it like some folks out there.

-But main issue and why im piss is this person i know borrow my ps3 and never even try to play any other games i have such as ,
Tekken 6,
Virtua Fighter,
Demon Soul,
Street Fighter 4
Yakuza 3

but instead bring over his copy of Call of Duty Black ops and just plays that like its the only game and the best game for Ps3.

Its really getting on my nerve because this person is so closed minded. I mean comon i have at least give demon soul a try instead of just going online and shooting same people all the damn time.

Ahhhhhh dont you hate people like that , where they would just ignore all console and games unless its an FPS game or Call of Duty

People like what they like. That's the great part of there being so many different genres to try and enjoy. Me, I like far too many. I wish I only wanted to play one game from one genre, it would make things soooo much easier.

really amazing ,..... like i said i dont hate fps nor cod . But why not go out the boundaries and try other games. Its just appalling and shameful to see them spend all there timing shooting countless hord of enemy and never really knowing that there are other fun games outside of just shooting.

What I like about playing FPS games online is that it allows me to keep in touch with friends who aren't within the borders of the United States. I usually just play in private matches with friends in Asia and Europe. We put our headsets on and it's like we're all in the same room, even though we are thousands of miles apart. This can be done with other games, but the majority of my friends aren't hardcore gamers. The Call of Duty series is the only game that we can all agree to purchase and play online.

I don't like Call of Duty either, but it just comes down to the fact that I've found FPS games too dull to pick up (not counting Serious Sam) ever since I completed Duke Nukem 3D all those years ago.
