Anyone know about Nintendo arcade cabinets?

Can I put say a Goonies game board and a VS control panel on a Mario Bros cabinet? Any VS game really.

I have a Mario Bros cabinet that I want to use for a VS game. But Mario Bros only has left, right control panel. I wanna swap in a VS 2 player control panel. Do the wire harnesses match up? And game boards?

The exact pinouts can get complicated depending on your setup. Do you have more details on the Mario Bros cab and board you have? It's a playchoice site, but most of them know the Vs Unisystem pretty well.

As long as you have the full game board it's not too tough make it work. Otherwise you get into PPU matching for each rom set.
