ebay rant scumbag?

I recently purchased a used psp 2000. The person selling the item says it might bea battery issue, but he is not sure. So i buy it now ebay feature okay price. I tried to get more info about the psp like does psp buttons work or hard scratches on the screen, he says very little or light scratches .I have already payed this person last month. I payed on Friday afternoon and the item will take 5 to 6 business days its almost 2 weeks and nothing in the mail. This ebay person has 0 feedback as a seller. As a feedback buyer he has 10 stars. I emailed him this Monday "where is my item or when will I receive it", still haven't heard back from him. There is no USPS tracking number on this item. He lives in the same state as me and I assume it would have arrived on time, but no. I believe this idiot could be very well underage chubby ebay scammer. Im waiting until Friday or Saturday to see what happens. I'm very upset because I already bought accessories for my waiting psp. Of course psp accessories haven't arrived, but I know those will arrive soon. I feel like contacting him tonight to get his attention. He has a wii up for sale, but no bids yet.

Sorry felt like talking here. I don't know if you guys had some similar situation as me. I was also planning on showing all my games to you guys since I haven't, but waiting for psp.

In case you still don't receive anything in say 2 weeks from now, try to find out where he lives (e.g. facebook) and threaten the shit out of him and hope he budges. Nothing more you can do...

Ps. Threatening helped me to get my Popful Mail and Lunar 2 just a few weeks ago. I found out where the guy worked, and sent him a mail in which I very calmly said he shouldn't be surprised if one day he has a broken nose, jaw or ribs. And in case I didn't find him at home that I was going to come to his work in street x number y so I could embarrass him in front of all his colleagues. Two days later (after almost 2 months) I had my games...

But give it some more time first, maybe he's just a slow shipper...

haha! that is totally hilarious but i would never, ever recommend this due to the legal ramifications. threatening someone is a little less legal than scamming someone on ebay, kinda like how pirating a game you were never going to buy is a little less legal than pirating a game you were going to buy but decided to download instead.

Yea, but on ebay you generally give people your address, could go south if you threaten them.

If you paid with paypal just file a claim before the deadline for it runs out.

Have you considered the possibility that the seller may not be chubby, but rather thin and weaselish?

Personally I would pass on any sale over five bucks from an account with no seller feedback, and if the item was something difficult to find elsewhere not commit until some communication took place.

Two weeks is long enough to start bugging the guy every day about it until you hear something. Hopefully its no scam, guys probably just lazy or busy or both. I've waited longer for stuff I expected sooner, without resorting to threatening violence. But if I did you'd best get me my shit.
