I've gotta friend who plays MK2 religiously. We semi-jokingly call them the Daigo of MK2.

Unfortunately, I haven't played the game in ages, unless you count the time I get turned into a bloody pulp by him.

That was the only game I played when it came out in the arcades. I just remember hating Street Fighter II and going crazy over MK2. Funny thing how SF is my favorite fighter series now.

As for skill, i'm probably just as terrible now as I was when I was 10. Great cab though!

I wish. I've never been good at the MK games. Still love them, but I suck. :D

actually theres alot of great MK2 fighters online and i think most of them were like the kings in the arcade because sometime i fight people who can pull off combos that seem nearly impossible or you would of never imagine would work. But yea im just searching for people on this forum to fight considering we are a bunch of retrogamers. ;)

I believe I can hold my own in MKII

Haven't played it online in a long while though. I'll mostly just play it with my brother. I think my PSN tag is Ziggy587. But yeah, there's a lot great players online. I saw combos I never would have thought possible! So do you use the random select for every round?

Of course! Kitana is a fucking cheater!

edit: Oh yeah, the arcade cab is awesome. I came ::this close:: to building one for myself. Decided I barely have the room for a cab, a MAME cab would be a better choice. I've bought and sold the MKII PCB twice now. I also use to have the original CPO, that thing is badass looking. I saved the marquee though, I wanna make a frame for it with a backlight to hang on the wall.
