I am involved in a trade for an XBOX 360 game , but it has a crack near th inner circle of the disc . Is this something to be concerned about or not ?
I do not want it to damage my 360 .
Please Help !
The odds of your game breaking into pieces inside your 360 are pretty slim but sooner or later that damage will extend into the data portion of the disc.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

That is what I figured . Thanks Flake for your input .
If the cracked out portion ends in a point, then yes the crack will get worse from vibration and spinning. If the chipped out piece was rounded with no sharp points you might get away with a drop of model glue to fill it in. I have a few audio CDs like this and a little glue has kept the cracks from spreading, but audio CDs aren't spun as fast as data discs do that helps minimize the creep.
