Are these Ghosts or Just my Imagination?

One of my friends who is totally into "ghost hunting" invited me to go with him
on a flashlight tour they do once every so often on the U.S.S. Hornet (An aircraft carrier
that saw action in World War II, Vietnam). I thought "What the hell". The
tour guide told us to just take pictures randomly because we might "see something".

Just for fun, I took pics randomly. The first two pics were taken with a cellphone,
and the 3rd pic was taken with a regular digital camera. I showed these pics to the guide
who was apparently a seasoned USS Hornet ghost guide. He said the 3rd pic is
dust except for the solid "orb" on the top.

I am a bit skeptical and it's probably just imagination, but I thought those of you
who are into the paranormal might find these pics interesting.



1st pic: In the admiral's quarters there seems to be a face with two orbs near it.
2nd pic: Mist seems to be sitting down on the chair.
3rd pic: Orby! It is worth noting that a seaman committed suicide (hung himself) in that spot.

I figured as much. I am more of a skeptic, but it sure was fun running around that ship in the dark.

i wouldn't say ghosts are not real. i have experienced some crazy ass shit that is def hard to explain.

but as far as your pictures, i would say it is just dust

From experience I'd say no it is just dust. Especially in the last photo you can see how much dust is in the room.

The thing about orb photos since they have become an internet sensation is that what people consider an orb is not an orb to the paranormal community. What you're seeing is a reflection of light of dust and it also happens with water, snow etc. Photos like this got real popular when digital cameras were young and a lot of times these issues of light were because the digital cameras were not the same quality as real film so errors in the picture (especially do to light) were much more common.

A true orb photo has a very odd glow, a very weird solidarity to it. A lot of the times there is a trail behind it and there is certainly not a whole bunch of them in a room (not that there can't be more then one ghost but 60 floating in a room mostly points to a lot of dust stirred up in an old dusty house).

These are "Orbs" you are seeing- a well known phenomena resulting from dust and light reflection.

Yeah, as an experience photographer and a non believer of the paranormal activity, I don't think they are ghost, like many has mentioned, its just light reflect off of the particles of dust.
