You're in Spain, therefore it's Futbol not football.
Football: America - Gigantic musclebound meat sacks ramming into each other while running down a field with a small ball. All the while people are screaming in rage for someone to tackle the opposing team's players into the dirt.
Futbol: The rest of the world - Skinny, lanky hipsters running down a field kicking a ball and acting tough. Meanwhile the crowd is rioting and burning down the local town.
Both are God awful sports nonetheless.
And people were weirded out when they found I couldn't care less about Spain winning the World Cup.
