Logic 3 GC stick to play GC games via a WII ????????

Hi there

Does anyone know if a Logic 3 Gamecube arcade stick would play GC games while running on a WII?

I know it should work in theory but i've heard that some people have had trouble. I just dont wanna shell out for one and then find out they're incompatible

I have a logic 3 GC stick and I don't remember it working on wii.

Guess i'll save my pennies and find a stick that does work with GC games on the Wii.

Any ideas?

The hori stick does - but it costs alot of pennies
