Actually, I have no previous coding experience (Or any game dev experience at all really). But today I started getting stuck into flash game development using the flixel framework and a few other really great tools!
Haven't really made much progress apart from getting the development environment set up on my PC and unsuccessfully attempting a simple tutorial. (Simple program wouldn't build...!)
But I plan to go through this tomorrow since I'll have a bit more spare time: http://www.creativeapplications.net/fla ... als-games/
The main platforms I've been looking to developing for are Android/iOS.
