Looking for adventure? (No this isn't a porn spam post :P )

Post by NeoRage »

I've had a business idea for around six years now and I am in the process of getting a patent and copyright on my idea at the moment. Right now I'm trying to find someone or someones who have some free time and the financial ability to travel.

I can't be as specific as I'd like to until all of the legalities are taken care of, But this would require people with computer graphics and mapping experience, Video camera experience and a desire to see Japan.

To make the prototype it will require around 2 to 3 weeks in Japan. I want to do this in the very near future before someone else takes this idea and runs with it.

I can't offer any compensation before this gets off the ground, But when it is off the ground it could be very big. Japan is a wonderful experience and is the place that finally gave me the motivation to go through with my idea.

If you are interested please let me know. It will also be a fun trip with with lot's of sushi, sake and late nights in Tokyo.

 It does kind of sound like a huge secret right now, But I can't say too much really.

The only thing I can tell you is that this idea has never been done before and it uses some basic technology in a new way. It's a huge project that will (hopefully) one day be used in schools, homes and hospitals.

Sounds like you need a non-disclosure agreement or something legal like that.

Thank you for the suggestion Racketboy. I will have those made by the lawyer and have them ready to be signed before leaving for Japan or any word about the project. I just hope that I can find honest people that I won't have to worry about "sharing" information

NDA can come pretty stock, you wouldn't necessarily need a lawyer for one, do a search online.

Thanks for the idea, I'll probably save a lot going the online route. Lawyers take all of your $$!

5 out of 6 business ideas flop. Big whoop. If you don't try your business ideas, you just regret not trying them later. I don't regret any of my business failures or sucesses, as I've learned from each one.

prediction: Sad lonely World of War Crafter who's parents crushed every dream they ever had who now works at a carwash hoping for something better and trying to make people with dreams feel like there's no hope.....like maybe he feels.

I will call you a "Nancy" because the name probably fits. If I had people like you helping me I would be in a hole like you are, But I have a dream and the extra cash to get a patent, copyright and actually not have it come back that someone else has my idea. I already have two people with enough faith in me that they are taking off three weeks of work (and leaving their families for that time) whenever I go to make the prototype in a country half way around the world......So tell me aaron message board troll, Whens the last time someone had that much faith in you?**

Hopefully you won't crush your sons dreams and make him feel like there's no hope the way you're trying to do here with me.
