So I've been searching for a while and I'm not really getting any good hits for video (avi, mkv, mpeg, etc) to DVD.
Anyone have any good recommendations for free software??

Do these work for Mac as well?

Tons of transfer programs available. I like this one:
http://www.mediacoderhq.com/
Another option is maybe sticking with MPG. Any recent DVD player can handle a disc full of MPG clips, playing each clip back to back. Yes, there is no fancy Menu and may not work on older DVD players. But a more friendly format for archiving, pulling of individual video clips to send over the net.

If you have a BG account you could grab Ashampoo Burning Studio from the LBRC torrent.

Ffmpeg, dvdauthor, and growisofs are open source unix programs, so they should work on any unix including OS X.Bradtemple87 wrote:Do these work for Mac as well?
