Your mom ever cut your hair?

I'm pretty sure this happened to a lot of us. If it did happen to you, how'd it go? I know most people's moms who cut their hair make it end up worse than it was before.

I needed a haircut, but it was raining pretty hard, so I didn't feel like leaving the house. Plus, it was already about 9 o'clock, but I really wanted to get it cut. I had my mom cut my hair, because all I asked for was a simple trim, so what can go wrong?

Sigh...I'm hating my hair right now. I forgot my moms not good at cutting hair, and to her, there's no such thing as a simple trim. It'll take weeks for it to even out...

I avoid this problem by simply not cutting my hair. Ever.

My fiance has been cutting my hair since we met. I have never been satisfied going to a barber. Turns out someone who has no haircutting experience, gives me the best haircut ever.

My mom usually did growing up. Then I let it grow senior year of high school. In college I learned the joys of buzzing with clippers and have mostly done that since then.

Sometimes i get my girlfriend to cut mine. Even though she has no experience she does just as good of a job as when i pay someone to do it....so i'm cheap, so what.

Yes. Mom cut my hair almost exclusively growing up. I eventually graduated to a buzz upon enlisting in the Army in 2000, and it's been pretty short ever since. My locks never exceed a #3 attachment

Like my avatar sagat I have the shaved head look and have been cutting my own hair for years. My mom work in dog grooming for many years and knew her way around a set of clippers so she cut my hair all the time when I was young.
