fireplacing... is it really this terrible?

Post by tommyboy8689 »

from what i saw on this video and read in the review it really sounds terrible, but seriously how can nintendo do THAT bad?

There's only one good thing to say about this game, and that's that it doesn't actually set your Wii on fire. The concept is flawed from the start, and the execution only makes it worse. We are willing to assume that there is somebody out there who would download this and believe that he got his money's worth. But then again, he'd probably be willing to trade 500 Points for a punch in the crotch, too.

has anybody actually bothered to get this? is it as bad as the review says?

Nintendo didn't make it.

You would be surprised the kind of stupid shit people will buy, remember that fish tank screen saver, heaps of people paid for that useless crap, why not.

My cable provider has television station here broadcasts nothing but a fireplace for the entire month of December. It's really not that bad if you have a party at your place and just put it on if you don't have a real fireplace. I wouldn't pay for it, however. They also have a television station that broadcasts nothing but their big Christmas tree outside of their office.

It's only this terrible because we want games, and not whatever this thing is--and evidently because it was sloppily made. Pretty much any screen saver or graphics demo is going to suck if you review it as a game.

I'd still rather watch the Ecco (Dreamcast) water.
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.
