Kudo's to the Mods, - In particular Dsheinem

Post by mjmjr25 »

Don't know if this has been addressed elsewhere, but giving major Kudos, Props, and even some Shout Outs to all the mods who ran this auction.

We sometimes assume it's all done (updating bids, keeping track of winners/losers, shipping, posting the pics, and on and on) by some super computer. Well, it isn't this is just some guys donating their time, doing this all by hand, dealing w/complaints/concerns and just in general keeping track of who bid, who won, who donated, when they ship, accepting and transferring the paypal payments, - I mean what a massive job - AND donating this time around the Holidays.

And now the alot of the major work comes in by arranging the paypal, the mo's, international shipping and all that jazz.

So, yeah, just a major thank you to all the folks behind the scenes who ran this pretty darn flawlessly. AWESOME!

Definitely! Donating their time is the biggest sacrifice in my book.

Thanks once again for the time and commitment you put into this event. I'm sure there are many people who will benefit from the time and effort that all of us here at Racketboy put into this auction.
If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?

Yes, you guys did a great job. Thank you to racketboy for a great site and for providing us a safe home. The mods for their work and patience and the other donors/bidders for items and money. Finally, thank you for Make-A-Wish for providing us a wonderful charity to contribute to.

So in short, thank you everyone for another great auction. Any chance of doing a smaller one in the summer months?
