I found this really cool gaming inspired song by PRESS PLAY ON TAPE an amateur C64 revival band (at least that's what I got from 30 secs of google searching them), and I just wanted to share it with you guys.

This and Scott Pilgrim have got me thinking that perhaps video game adaptions don't work, but they can still creatively influence all kinds of media.
