Where'd you get your Jaguar??
I'm just wondering cuz there's approximately 2 of them for sale on the internet, and I'm not a fan of the prices... I missed them when they were in stores cuz I was a kid who didn't make any more than 3 dollars a week... I never see them in the few retro gaming outlets I've been to (actually one in Poughkeepsie NY did I think but it was wicked pricey)... I'm hoping to score one at a Goodwill or flee market some day, but I'm not holding my breath. Where'd you get yours?

There are a lot up on ebay right now, the prices dont seem too bad, but honestly i couldn't say any are worth it. I think its one system that deserved its bad rap.
I got the system when it was around at Incredible Universe, a long defunct big box store competitor to best buy.
Amazon market place has some as well, but no steal prices.

Oh man, I remember that's the first place I ever saw a Jaguar. I only really knew Atari because of the 2600 and some games here and there, and I was amazed to see their new console with the confusing controller. Minidiscs, Windows 95, and Atari Jaguar, it was surely an age to behold. The store made my small self think that the future was upon us!Mendoza wrote:I got the system when it was around at Incredible Universe, a long defunct big box store competitor to best buy.

I don't have one, locally one has popped up on Craigslist now and then for $150 with a couple games. Think the guy's had trouble selling it for that price.

I got mine at the Cleveland Classic Gaming Expo in the box for like 50 bucks
Re: Where'd you get your Jaguar??
I remember the days when they had jaguars at kaybee toys. And shelves of jaguar games that sat unsold. All the games were under $10, don't remember how much the system was but I remember it was cheap enough that as a 10-12 year old I often considered buying one.
Re: Where'd you get your Jaguar??
I got mine at the flea market boxed for about $10, but I wound up trading it almost a year ago for a boxed Saturn.
