Creating Dreamcast CodeBreaker And GameShark Codes

Does anyone know where I can find information on creating CodeBreaker and GameShark codes for the Sega Dreamcast?

Also, GameShark CDX doesn't appear to have any built in tools, so I'm still stuck at my original question.

try an emulator to find codes? I do this for many other systems,
in most cases they work, there maybe a offset needed. find a simple known code to verify that.

I wish they had a com link card for newer systems.
I love it for finding psx and saturn codes.
I guess the ram is getting to large to dump with little effort.

the xbox was the newest system i made codes/trainers for and that takes a lot of time and apps.
