Okey, my Beatmania controller hates me again

So, it works well except for one thing, I can't keep it spinning smoothly ingame. The turntable itself works wonderfully but ingame it gets stuck, something that makes hitting the new long notes impossible. This is specially noticiable in the menu as it gets stuck while selecting a song.

This didn't happen before. I tried to open it again but now I can't acces to the inside of the turntable. A piece that was loose last time is now rigidily stuck and I can't get it out nor know if I should take it out. This means that I can't get to the turntable since the axis is locked in place by the turntable for one side and this piece for the other.

Should I force that piece out? It seems to me that as long as the turntable moves well it should recognize my movements because the teeth move. Perhaps I put the sensors incorrectly when I opened it last time?

You should open it and clean it out (Dust and stuff). I played the crap out of mine. or in my terms, "I think I used it too much, ugh.. and my hand hurts, I thinks it's time to put it down". One of my buttons was stuck and I used some lube (Don't Ask)
