Saw a smaller version of that a while ago. I like the ninja turtle, jak and daxter, and dig dug ones a lot. Needs gunstar heros and dynamite headdy though! (or am I missing them)

I'm actually surprised just how many games lend themselves to being MegaMan-a-fied. Also, it's impressive that the artist was able to make so many. 200 renditions is a lot!
