PS2, disc do not spin, and black/white video out

I have several PS2 which have problem...

2-3 PS2 FAT do not spin disc...laser try to read (move..laser beams etc)...But they do not spin discs :(

another one show only black/white...It is PAL PS2 FAT...I have multisystem TV set and I even tried another video cables etc....It boots, black and white, show games black and white etc...

any body have suggestion?

Some clarity.
Try different Original game discs in both Blue CD and DVD games? Are the games NTSC or PAL and matched to the particular region? Test a DVD movie as well, again region matched.
