Soul Calibur 1 on dreamcast code request

Post by samourai23 »

Hi ! First of all, I didn't see anywhere if code requests were forbidden, plus, I'm french and it's hard for me to talk/understand everything.

So, I'm trying anyway since I'm looking for such codes for this game, for years...

I'd like to have some codes to be able to use the special powers like in the mission battle.

I know dreamcast hacking is quite dead right now... But if someone want to to it for me, I'd really be gratefull, because I really searched, and searched and seaaaaaarched before, but I never found those I'm looking for...

It's always basic codes like "Infinite life" "1 hit kills", codes that aren't fun to use at all...

So here's the different codes I'm looking for :

-Use "Soul Charge" to life up (not to fully recover of course, but let's say a full Soul Charge gives you like 1/5 of your life back)
If it's too hard difficult, or impossible, well could you try a variance like "always be in life up" so the character (1P of course) gets a full life bar in 15 seconds for example ?

-The weaker the character is, the faster he becomes. So that, when he has max life, his speed is 1, and when he's almost dead, his speed is 2. But he's speed would grow gradually of course. If this is also to hard to perform, well I'd like to have a "always be in speed up" code, using the same "speed up" value that in the game.

-I'd also like to have a "Always be in Speed Up" code anyway ^^

-The exact opposite for the 2P character : "The stronger the character is, the slower he is", so that his speed is 0,5 when at full life, and 1 when almost dead
Same thing, if it's too hard, then try to make a "P2 Always in Speed Down"

-Make the 2P always poisoned. Using the most little value in contained in the game.
I mean, in the game, there is several mission where we are poisoned, but some poisons are stronger than others, so I'd like to use one that kill the enemy in something like 30 seconds :)

-And a last one that would certainly be too hard to make :
Make every hits from the 1P become unblokable after a soul charge. (During the soul charge time, not forever ^^ )

I'm thanking every person who read this, and I hope you'll take my (enormous) request in consideration, because I'm trying to find codes like that for years and years...
You don't have to make them all, of course, one would already be awesome ! (Though I hope I'll be able to use every of them someday ^^)

If requests were not allowed, I apologize, I use to respect the rules, so it's not my type, it's just that I didn't know.

But if, somehow, someone would help me and create one of several codes I asked, (even if code requests are forbidden) well send me a PM, and I'll be really gratefull :D

Thanks everyone !

But thanks anyway :(

other than using a Game Shark or other cheating device, I'm not sure how you would create a code for a game?

Without a cheat device, it would still definitely be possible for someone to add a trainer to a ripped ISO of the game to do most of the things he's asking for. Considering it's on Dreamcast, the game trained game could also be booted without added devices or console modifications. However, I don't know if anyone on this forum is capable of writing such a trainer, or would be willing to do so.

I see. I really know very little about DC stuff.

Personnally, I know absolutely nothing in hacking.
That's why I'm looking for someone to generously make these codes on a codebreaker/action replay/gameshark, it doesn't matter.

And you're saying nobody will ever do it ? That's true ?

I only said that I don't know if anyone here has the time or knowledge.

It's very unlikely that it will ever happen now. If you are interested in doing it then immerse yourself in memory poke/peek using an emulator. When you figure out how to inject values into memory using hex then you can apply such knowledge to gameshark/action replay. It's the exact same thing.

While I hold the technical ability to do what you request, cheating holds absolutely no interest to me, I would rather play games than cheat them. Besides I don't have my DC where I am anyway.
