I love the 80's

Post by jp1 »

The music, movies, culture, tv, video games, every damned thing was better than it is now. I would give up the internet, satellite tv, and cell phones in a minute. What about you? If you could turn back the clock when would you be?

I could go on for hours about the things I love from my childhood. The world has really gone to shit.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SATURDAY MORNING CARTOONS!- said by me

Not cubix episode date 2001, not yu-gi-oh, and I hate reruns. Ahh commercials instead of Saturday morning cartoons. What is this baby show, its not anime or american.

I wish I could have lived through the 80s. It would have been cool. But alas. I don't.

I would give up cell phones, satellite , and internet all together because life used to be "with taste" before them...

everything now is taste less, I think this is why the 80's was better

The 80's was an amazing era of great memories: great cartoons, video games, and arcades were all over the place. Good times indeed. 8)

I was born and grew up in the 80s. It will always have a special place in my heart and has always had a big influence in what kind of music/movies I like.

I also am kind of partial to early 90s stuff as it was pretty 80s-ish.

As a minority everything was worse for me in the 80's, oh and all the fear about aids, and all the fist fighting because I was a "waver" (I liked the smiths, and the cure and I'm not even sure they could be considered new wave bands), and the cold war....the 80's sucked!
