Weird stuff in old anime

I was watching an old anime called Sandybell and there's a part where the main character sends a letter to her dad telling her that she's going on a camping/painting trip and she'll be gone for a couple of days, we get a view of the letter, her voice reading it and then her face over it, pretty standard for cartoons, however, the text on the letter is pretty weird, this is what I can make out.

Jenny?/Jeny?/Jerry? Amarsons? U.F.O.

Where do the mysterious U.F.O. come from?

Who are the unknown visitors from outer space?

Why do they come?

These are the questions that commander snakes? and the secret underground organization shade? su? to answer!

Anyone have any idea what this is about? I don't know much about anime and maybe this is kinda common and new to me, although I couldn't find anything about it on the internet.

It's probably an in-joke. Conspiracy theories are welcome too. Can anyone make out the words I couldn't?

My favorites I can think of at the moment are the Budweiser beer can missle in Macross and Aphex Twin logo in Macross Plus. Though I guess those are more shoutouts and jokes than 'weird' things.

Even the weirdest of anime pales in comparison to some of the older French cartoons that I was subjected to. As for text in 'retro' anime, it's always full of engrish and was never meant to be accurate.
