The next Batman film.

Post by Ack »

It will be called The Dark Knight Rises, and it will be in 2D.

Thank God.

Also, Christopher Nolan has stated the Riddler is NOT the villain. Hmm...makes me wonder if he's going for the Penguin then.

Wait 2-D animation or high quality action film with no 3-D?

Batman has to fight all the evil villains in Batman 3. It was weird when commissioner Gordon has only daughter (bat-girl), but in batman begins there was a young boy (robin that would be strange).

It would have been cool if Mr. Freeze was made right for movie, but Arnold ruined it. I was expecting similar style to animated series. Joker is still on the loose (he was hanging on some industrial tall building), scarecrow is still on the loose. Its weird that Two-face died from that fall while batman survived the fall.

I see no reason why all Batman movies must recruit from Arkham's A-list. Personally, I'd love to see the Mad Hatter in a Batman film. Throw in Hush and it could make for a very chaotic conclusion to Nolan's 'Gotham City Trilogy.'

But knowing how Hollywood works, it's probably gonna be Catwoman and Bane... ugh..

Great. Another 2 hour 'wtf, why did they add that stupid idea?' adventure with throat-cancer Batman. Let me know how it goes. I'm going to sit this one out.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Christopher Nolan has been very outspoken about 3D. He doesn't want to use it in his films, it's one of the reasons why Inception was in 2D. I commend the guy for sticking to his guns and not jumping on the 3D-everything bandwagon like everybody else.

I am not sure why so many people liked the last Batman, it was an ok film but not great.
I really felt it was not "BATMAN" movie, the hero hardly do anything super heroes do, other than wear a suit , more like a man with guns.

I think the movie did so well just because the clown died for real, and everyone thought his role was amazing so that pushed the film sales.
