Who do you think is better?
For me EA wins easily. They don't have anyone half as evil as Bobby Kotick. And while I prefer the Call of duty franchise to the Battlefield series Activision hasn't made anything nearly as fun as Dead Space was. Also, EA is publishing for Bioware.
EA or Activision...?

I was half expecting the question to be "which do you think is worse." In any case, my answer is still the same: they can both go eat a big bag of dicks and choke.
I have a ton of games listed at my store's site: Super Smash Video Games

I actually have a story of EA's incompetence!
When I preordered The Beatles: Rock Band from GameStop, I got a card that gave me 600 Wii Points to get three songs. However, I had tried multiple times and it wasn't working.
So I went on EA's website, which turned up nothing. I e-mailed them and waited.
I waited for two months before I decided to do something about it. I went on their website looking for a phone number, which was not there. I called Nintendo seeing if they could help, and the guy said it was EA's deal. Then he said "Do you want me to give you their number?" I said yes and got their number.
I call up and go through their automated machine to get to game support. It rings...and rings...then...
THE ANSWERING MACHINE PICKS UP.
Holy shit EA, you're one of the largest third-party game publishers in the world and you can't afford to get a call center? Seriously, what the frig?
I finally ended up troubleshooting it myself, but that still pisses me off. Tells you who's gonna be the first to use those EULAs if/when the time comes.

EA is better.
Activision had the nerve to sell a 5 map pack for 15€ to pc gamers.

Activision.

Re: EA or Activision...?
I prefer EA by a long shot. Looking at their games and companies overall, I like EA more. Plus, they may both be big corporations, but when it comes to being greedy, Activision takes the cake.

They both suck ass. They both release far too many games and oversaturate the market. They both buy good studios and drive them into the ground. They both rush games to market full of bugs.
This is like choosing between shit with corn and shit without corn that still looks like it has corn. Why bother?

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
