Great trip down memory lane. Another World is still one of my favorites!

The best Amiga game, it's not an easy question to answer. Are you limiting yourself to exclusives (there aren't that many true exclusives I think)?

If you want some suggestions of good games I can advance some suggestions; in fact I'm planning on doing a short list for the system to complement a forthcoming guide to emulating Amiga with WinUAE.

I am also looking for the most superior version of the certain games, Like Defender of the Crown was Graphicily superior then the Dos version. So yeah, I am looking the best game for Amiga and also the most superior version.

Have a go at a run n' gun game called "Ruff n' Tumble" that I played only recently. It's an Amiga exclusive, and a good start (I wouldn't say it's the best Amiga game, but it's very good).

Defender of the Crown's best version is probably no longer the Amiga due to modern remakes. You can read about it in Wikipedia:

I would further say that DotC as a game is probably not so good for those without nostalgia value attached to it (I have nostalgia for it); the graphics and sound of it were very good for the time, but they clearly don't hold out so well today, and the gameplay is not superb (and the Amiga version is missing some features).
