Super Smash Bros., Goldeneye 007, Rampage, Mario Kart 64, Diddy Kong Racing, and Bomberman 64 are some of my favorite multiplayer N64 titles. :D

Possibly Mario Party games

PERFECT DARK or Goldeneye 007, but Perfect Dark is the same multiplayer, but enhanced X100. Plus, it features a co op mode.

Perfect Dark and Rampage both have Co-op. Also, Diddy Kong Racing's main Adventure mode can be played cooperatively by using a cheat code: JOINTVENTURE

Wow, how did I forget. DK64 has some of the best mutliplayer on the N64, imo. It's like a third person shooter, but, while you have a gun, it's not strictly a shooter.

Some people say it gets old, quick, but I love it.
