My Pandora One audio player is stuttering like crazy

I'm a paid subscriber to Pandora and I use the Adobe Air application to play it on my PC.
Lately it's been stuttering all the time (even after reboots and such)
Any ideas on how to fix this?

ok, so maybe it's all flash audio stuff.
Didn't seem to notice anything in Youtube vids though....

have you tired different pandora programs? I use OpenPandora...
