How to reseal open NES box

Post by SpriteMan »

I have a few complete open NES games with boxes and manuals. Some of my all time favorites games are open. :( Im not doing this to resell and make money or rip someone off. Im doing this for my collection. I like to have them resealed for my personal collection. Is there any site that can resealed NES box. Or a member here that can do a professional sealing job.

Maybe store in ziplock bags?
No not professional looking, but it will keep the moisture out.
Also allows for easy re-opening to play the games.
A sealed game is a sad game.

I'd scour ebay or something for a small shrink wrap machine.

Uhhh, that makes absolutely no sense. You said you're doing it to your favorite games, but why would you want your favorite games sealed?

Then you say you're doing it for your personal collection, but why would you want to collect resealed games?

I mainly collect NES cartridge only games. But I also have cartridge only and open boxed of the same games that I got from craigslist really cheap awhile ago. So I decided, what the hell. Why not reseal them.

What else Sherlok? What esle do you what to know about my devious plan.

are you wanting to do it to try to preserve/protect them?

or are you doing it so it looks like you have a sealed game?
if you took a shit, please put it back

You can't reseal your nes games because it was your fault for opening them in the first place.

No matter your motives it won't look like a real sealed game because you won't end up with the horizontal seal. If you simply want to protect them from dust surely you can find the hard plastic cases that the silly VGA people use.

I would get these. I've already ordered GBA and SNES ones from him.
