Good recording programs for PC?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Good recording programs for PC?

So I need something that can record my desktop at a decent FPS. I have some Supercade.net replays (previously known as 2dfighter) I want to upload to youtube. Any suggestions?

I usually use FRAPs.
