BlackDS' new workout program is 10 times better than wii fit

Well, at my dad's house, the PS2 is right next to this weight bench. And, I am really lazy, so I almost never use it. So, I figured out a way to make lifting weights fun. Pop in Midway's Arcade Classics, change the settings in joust so that you start off with 99 lives, and a bonus life every 1000 points. This way, it is impossible to lose

Every time you complete a wave, you do 5 bench presses, and every time you beat an egg wave, you do 10 bench presses.

Could be a good way to workout. What I usually do is put on an anime, preferably one I've watched before, so while I'm working out, I won't miss anything I might need to know.

I go to a gym. Haha.

Lifting weights is alright. What's boring is spending half an hour on the bicycle or the treadmill.

I even have thought if it would be a good idea to bring a GBA or something to the gym, but after thinking about how sweaty and disgusting I get when working out I quickly gave up.

Haha really though, if you want to work out, don't rely on video games.

The trick is to do something fun while excersising. For example, I moved my Genesis into the room with a treadmill in my house, so I can play games while working out.

Yeah. I've started doing this. I put my PS1 on whilst I'm on the exercise bike. Before you know it you've done 5 miles. Then 10. Awesome way of exercising. Plus it gives me an excuse to play my PS1.

When I had a treadmill I had a PSone hooked up to a tv there and played JRPGs all the time. It is how I played through Jade Cocoon and Saga Frontier actually. I need to get a one again, this time itll be a Cube though.

I usually pickup a cheapo controller that doesnt matter if it gets disgusting. Or I will just build arcade controls that I can just spray down.

Oh my. I want to mount arcade controls to my bike. That would be fucking awesome.
