Simpsons arcade machine monitor goes blue, emits hiss noise.

I just got a Simpsons arcade from a friend, and while transporting I guess something went loose or out. Now when I turn it on, it just shows a bluish screen with a high pitch noise. I looked in the back and all the cables and plugins look in place. Any help?

Painful. Vibration may have popped something, hopefully not permanent damage.

BE CAREFUL HIGH VOLTAGE EVEN WHEN UNPLUGGED AROUND MONITOR.

Maybe carefully unplug and replug all the connecters?
