That GPU is one hell of a bottle neck on your system. I'd seriously consider upgrading it. The rest of the system is being dragged down by it. Even a 5770 will wipe the floor with the 9800GT and that's a £100 card in this country. Plus it will give you access to DX11 games. Don't bother with the new nVidia cards, they're overpriced for the performance you're getting. Much better bang for buck from the HD5850s/5870s. The new nvidia cards are almost 25% more expensive than the equivalent ATi card yet you only get a 10% boost in performance in a limited amount of games, there's quite a few games that actually perform worse than the ATi cards.

Hell I'm still running an HD 3850. Should probably upgrade my card soon myself.
