I was eager to try the Sega Saturn swap trick once I learned what it was from this excellent site (I do plan on buying a modchip later!) but I've run into a bit of a mishap.
I got the top off of my model 1 Saturn only to find that this little lever I've been told to tape back DOES NOT exist. At all. Not even a space where it would've been. I have no idea how the Saturn is even sensing that the drive is closed. I'll post some pictures but right off the bat I'd like to know if anyone's ever come across this and if this is some weird Saturn variant and whether there is already a fix for this or what.
