"A piece of Dreamcast history has been unveiled today, the NEC ARC1A PowerVR PWH-6032 prototype PCI board. This PCI board (also known as the Set 2.1 Dreamcast Development Kit) is one of the oldest prototype Dreamcast development hardware. This PCI board can be connected to a computer running the Microsoft Windows 95 operating system and can be programmed with Microsoft Visual Studio 5.0. It also has a VGA and video composite output ports to view demos on a television set or a computer monitor. "

the scud race video show us we missed a really good port of the arcade game. I really don't undertand why sega didn't finish and published the game. Instead of that we got sega rally 2 (really good) and the average daytona 2001.
