Obscure Dragon Based Galaga Style Arcade Game

Ok, years ago I found this Galaga style arcade game that had you fighting against giant dragons. Basically you were flying through space on the back of a dragon and could move around the bottom of the screen, each level had you facing off against a giant dragon that would fly around the top 2/3rds of the screen and, if memory serves, would do everything from shoot fireballs and even attack you with its tale. For the life of me I can't remember the name of it, but it was always sitting beside the totally awesome Ghostbusters arcade game, so I believe it was released around 87-88ish.

Dragon Spirit ?

Nope, not Dragon Spirit. The game is in space (i believe) and each level has you facing off with a single giant dragon that takes up a large portion of the screen. Plus you aren't a dragon, rather you are riding on the back of one.
